Copper grease

Copper grease is a universal extremely tacky solid lubricant for assembly lubrication at screw connections and interfaces that are exposed to high temperatures, high pressure and corrosion.

Application of Petromark Copper grease simplifies the assembly and disassembly of all threaded connections and prevents galling, burning or welding. The unique versatile properties can be attributed to the combination of a high-quality infusible bentone grease with micro-fine copper, aluminum powder and graphite. Extremely suitable for long-term protection of heavily loaded parts, which are exposed to high pressure and corrosive influences.

    Protects against corrosion, wear, cold weld, burn, seize, galling and friction
    Very strong adhesive power and high pressure absorption
    Temperature range -35 °C to +1100 °C
    Reduces the noise caused by the friction of metal parts
    Has excellent electrical conductivity
    Simplified assembly and disassembly of threaded connections such as spark plugs, exhausts, flanges, etc.
    Provides optimum protection against rust and is resistant to acid, water, brine and lye

    For assembly and disassembly of threaded connections, brake mechanism, manifolds, flanges, fittings, etc.
    For threaded connections exposed to high temperatures and corrosive influences.
