Loctite 243 Threadlocker

LOCTITE® 243 is a medium strength blue threadlocker that seals and locks nuts and bolts so they won't loosen under impact and vibration.

LOCTITE® 243 is a medium strength general purpose threadlocker. LOCTITE 243 functions on metals including passive substrates such as stainless steel, aluminum and plated surfaces. It has been shown to be tolerant of light contamination from industrial oils, such as motor oils, corrosion prevention oils and cutting fluid.

     Prevents loosening of vibrating assemblies, such as pumps, gearboxes or presses
     Suitable for all metals, including passive materials (e.g. stainless steel, aluminum, surface treated materials)
     Proven tolerance for light contamination from industrial oils, such as engine oil, anti-corrosion oil and cutting oil
     Disassembly with hand tools is possible for maintenance
